Christina Davis
Christina Davis has been an educator in New York City, Ithaca NY, and Jacksonville FL for over 12 years. She began her career working with special needs students in North Florida, an experience that inspired her to pursue a career studying education and eventually teaching. As an undergraduate at the Macaulay Honors College, Christina studied Urban Planning with a focus on strengthening the relationship between communities and schools. After graduating she went on to pursue a Masters in Urban Planning at Cornell University and another Masters in Special Education at Brooklyn College. As an educator, Christina passionately believes that all students have a fundamental right to to a high quality education. She strives to create learning environments that respect her students’ experiences, aspirations, and potentials. She believes in using restorative practices and prioritizes social and emotional development along side academic growth. She is thrilled to continue at BSNBCS and dedicated to helping our scholars flourish in middle school and beyond.
