Carmen Laguer
Ms. Laguer in the English Language Learner (ELL) Specialist at BSNBCS and this is her third year. Last year, she worked as an RTI specialist. She currently works with K-5 in every capacity that is needed. Ms. Laguer is a licensed teacher with a specialty in Bilingual and Monolingual education, with an extension in TESOL. She comes to BSNBCS with over 25 years of teaching experience.
