James Arnwine grew up in Northeast Ohio. He has now resided in New York City metro area for the majority of his life. James received his BFA from the nearby Pratt Institute where he majored in painting. He began working as a teacher soon after graduating. He has served as an educator for the students of New York City for over 15 years. He went on to receive his MSED from the College of New Rochelle. He is NY State certified in Special Education, and this is his second year as part of the BSNBCS staff. His subject of focus has been middle school Mathematics, and he is presently working with sixth grade scholars in integrated co-teaching classrooms. He also offers individualized services to students with special needs in small group settings.
