Ms. Laguer in the RTI Specialist at BSNBCS and this is her second year. Last year, she worked as a first grade teacher. She currently works with K-4 in every capacity that is needed. Ms. laguer is a licensed teacher with a specialty in Bilingual and Monolingual education, with an extension in TESOL. She comes to BSNBCS with over 25 years of teaching experience.
